Charity Letter & Mail Merge- Reflection Blog Posting

1. Take a screenshot of your charity letter and add it as a picture to your blog posting. 

2. List the name of your business and its charity.
The name of my business is 7 UP/ Dr. Pepper and my charity is the Salvation Army.
3. How did you get the audience’s attention in the first paragraph?
 I talked about the Salvation Army and what they are donating to.
4. What skills did you use/learn in this project?
I learned how to mail merge, and make a contact list, which i did not know how to do before
5. What was the easiest part of this project? What was the most difficult part of this project?

The easiest part was writing the letter, and the hardest was figuring out how to mail merge.
6. Describe how you might use these skills and apply them to a real-world situation other than writing a charity letter.

Maybe if i was writing to businesses looking for a job or something
7. Did you learn something new during this project that you did not know before?  If so, what? Yes, i learned how to mail merge, which i had never even known was possible before.
